Shipping & Order Information:

• Please allow 4-6 weeks for personalization or longer due to demand. Once your order is placed, we can not refund due to the timeline.
• Timeline is NOT a guarantee and can take shorter or longer than 4-6 weeks 
• NO REFUNDS can or will be given after order is placed due to the personalized nature of the order.
• Once you place your order, you are agreeing to the timeline and understand it could be longer than 6 weeks.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, it can be returned for store credit only. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item for exchange.

Custom orders cannot be returned as they are made specifically for you. 

If an item is received damaged or defective, we will remake and reship at no cost to you. 

A full store credit of the purchase price (minus the cost of shipping) will be issued once the merchandise is received and in its original condition.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds. 

Production:

Once you place your order, we start working right away. Custom made products require, three (3) to five (5) weeks production time from the date of order. If your order is not shipped at the 5th week please contact us at contact@getsignatured.com. If it is within the 3-5 week timeframe please allow time for your product to be created.

All in-stock orders will be shipped within five (5-10) business days from the date of order.

* Production time excludes shipping time.

If changes/updates are made after order submission, production time will be counted when all changes/updates are finalized and confirmed.

Due to holidays, shipping may have some delays, if you’d like to have your order by a specific date, please contact us.

Shipping:

Please allow between 2-7 days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped. If more than 14 business days have passed after the order has shipped please email us at contact@getsignatured.com to review the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent via e-mail.

Please note: The Signature Collection is NOT, under any circumstances responsible for packages lost/damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked "Delivered" by USPS or UPS. If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777.
