We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow three (3) to five (5) weeks for custom-crafted orders to ensure a certain level of quality. Some pieces are produced sooner and are sent out as they are produced. Tracking numbers will be updated after order is shipped.

The average shipping time is 5-7 business days for non-custom items and 3-5 weeks for custom items. If you selected a priority shipping method at check-out, shipping times will vary between services.

In the rare case that your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, but you still have not received it, we ask that you reach out to your local post office/shipping courier for more information.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for store credit within 3 days of receipt. Please contact us to initiate the exchange.

Please note that custom orders are non-returnable as they are created specifically for you.

*If an item is damaged or defective upon receipt, we will replace it at no additional cost.

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.  

You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours after the order has been placed if it is NON-CUSTOM. If your order is custom then your order can not be cancelled due to the production and personalization on custom items being specifically selected by you, the customer.
