Read our storyWe work to get every order out as quickly as possible. Personalized and custom items typically require 3–5 weeks for production, although some pieces may be completed sooner.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.
If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible by replying to your order confirmation email or emailing contact@getsignatured.com.
We’ll do our best to update your address before your order ships. Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to change or redirect the delivery address.
Please double-check your shipping information at checkout to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination.
If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please first check around your delivery location, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery details.
If you’re still unable to locate your package after contacting the carrier, please email contact@getsignatured.com with your order number so we can assist you with the next steps.
We want you to love your purchase! Eligible non-personalized items may be returned for store credit within 3 days of delivery. Please contact us within that timeframe to begin the return process.
Because personalized and custom items are created specifically for you, all personalized and custom orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the item. We’ll review the issue and work with you to make it right.
Get Signatured does not offer refunds. Approved returns are issued as store credit.
Non-personalized orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, as long as the order has not already been processed or shipped.
Because personalized and custom items are created specifically for you, personalized orders cannot be canceled once they have been submitted for production.
Please review all personalization details, including names, initials, numbers, colors, and spelling, carefully before placing your order.
