- What currency are the prices do I see on the site?
All prices are in USD.
- I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow three (3) to five (5) weeks for custom-crafted orders to ensure a certain level of quality. Some pieces are produced sooner and are sent out as they are produced. Tracking numbers will be updated after order is shipped.
- I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a store credit only if the product is defective or damaged when it arrives. You must ship it back at your own expense if you would like to exchange. Please include your name and order number on the returned parcels. Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a store credit.
- Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours after the order has been placed if it is NON-CUSTOM. If your order is custom then your order can not be cancelled due to the production and personalization on custom items being specifically selected by you, the customer.
- I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email or email firstname.lastname@example.org
- How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary as we do ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers based on your location. The average shipping time is 5-7 business days for non custom items and 3-5 weeks for custom items. If you selected a priority shipping method at check-out, shipping times will vary between services.
- My package was marked delivered, but I have not received it.
In the rare case that your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, but you still have not received it, we ask that you reach out to your local post office/shipping courier for more information.
- I have a question that has not been answered, can I contact you?
Absolutely! Please send us an email to email@example.com and we will be happy to assist you in any way we can. We do receive a large number of emails so please allow 24-48 hours for a response.
