Production
Once your order is placed, we begin processing it immediately. Custom-made products require 3 to 5 weeks of production time from the date of purchase.
If your order has not shipped by the end of the 5th week, please contact us at contact@getsignatured.com.
If you are still within the 3–5 week window, we kindly ask for your patience while we create your piece.
Please note: Production times may be slightly extended during peak seasons or high-volume periods.

In-stock items will ship within 5 to 10 business days from the date of purchase.

Production time does not include shipping time.

Choosing priority or expedited shipping does not shorten the production time. It only affects the delivery speed after your order has been produced and shipped.
Shipping
Once shipped, please allow 2 to 5 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location and selected shipping method.
If it has been more than 14 business days since your tracking shows the item has shipped and you have not received it, please reach out to us at contact@getsignatured.com to check the status of your order.
Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has shipped.
Important Note
Get Signatured is not responsible for packages that are:

Lost in transit

Delivered to incorrectly provided addresses

Refused or unclaimed by the recipient

Marked as "Delivered" by USPS or UPS but not received
If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact USPS at 800-275-8777 to file a claim.
If your order arrives damaged, please email us at contact@getsignatured.com with photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist you with a replacement.
