At Get Signatured, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you're not fully satisfied, eligible items may be returned for store credit only.

Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order to request a return or exchange.

Returned items must be in their original, unworn condition and include all original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, a store credit will be issued for the purchase amount, excluding shipping costs.
Custom Orders
Custom and personalized pieces are made just for you and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will gladly remake and reship your item at no additional cost.
Due to the handmade and customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
