Production & Shipping Policy
Once you place your order, we start working right away. Custom made products require, three (3) to five (5) weeks production time from the date of order. If your order is not shipped at the 5th week please contact us at email@example.com. If it is within the 3-5 week timeframe please allow time for your product to be created.
*Please note there may be a slight delay during busy, peak season.
All in-stock orders will be shipped within five (5-10) business days from the date of order.
* Production time excludes shipping time.
If changes/updates are made after order submission, production time will be counted when all changes/updates are finalized and confirmed.
Due to holidays, shipping may have some delays, if you’d like to have your order by a specific date, please contact us.
Please allow between 2-7 days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped. If more than 14 business days have passed after the order has shipped please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to review the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent via e-mail.
Please note: The Signature Collection is NOT, under any circumstances responsible for packages lost/damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked "Delivered" by USPS or UPS. If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777.
