Returns & Refunds
Due to the current COVID-19 PANDEMIC, we will NOT accept any returns or exchanges on any items! No exceptions!
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, you are eligible for store credit or a replacement.
Production & Shipping Policy
Once you place your order, we start working right away. Because most of our products are custom-made to order, we require three (3) to five (5) weeks production time from the date of receipt.
We do carry a number of jewelry products and accessory items on a seasonal basis. If you wish to inquire about the availability of a particular product in stock, please contact us before placing your order.
All in-stock orders will be shipped within five (5) working days from the date of order.
* Production time excludes shipping time.
If changes/updates are made after order submission, production time will be counted when all changes/updates are finalized and confirmed.
Due to holidays, shipping may have some delays, if you’d like to have your order by a specific date, please contact us.
Please allow between 2-7 days for your order to arrive after it has been shipped. If more than 14 business days have passed after the order has shipped please email us at email@example.com to review the status of your order.
Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be sent via e-mail.
Please note: The Signature Collection is NOT, under any circumstances responsible for packages lost/damaged in transit, incorrectly supplied addresses, unclaimed/refused packages, or lost/stolen packages marked "Delivered" by USPS or UPS. If your package falls under any of these categories, please contact USPS directly to file a claim at 800-275-8777.
